At first I was happy with this product as it’s compact, cooks faster and there is whistle to it. Later I. realized the lid doesn’t open with pressure inside it and if you try to open holding the lid knob it came off and it’s tiny screw got lost even the idli plates become wonky if the base screw and stand loosen up. So it’s too much of work in washing and keeping the screws intact

The item is defective, and when I raised a request to return the item, no one came to collect it.
Total waste of my money.

We have used other brands and needed a new one, so bought this. Used it first time and the noise was so high pitched throughout the cooking time.
Even trying to open the cooker after the cooking was painful with the whole body getting hot and the lid not coming off easily.
The idlis in the last tray was still uncooked even after all this.

The media could not be loaded.
Expected a level of quality from this reputed brand, but there is no quality.
[...]The cooker is made of reasonably good stainless steel.
The lid has a feather light whistle as seen in milk cookers. But it will not fit tight. So the whistle will be blown off by steam.
The bottom has no induction stove compatibility fitting as specified.
Flimsy idly trays, especially the bottom tray on which we fix the centre rod. The trays will not occupy the centre of the cooker, so will hit the lid when we close and open.
The cooker comes in a dismantled condition. So basic knowledge to fit the top Knob and side handles using screw driver is necessary

The product seems to have defects .. in first order the whistle was not getting fixed and after I received the replacement now the problem is closing the cover properly.. the company need to check the product thoroughly before launching such items ..
