First time I return the product due to speed button difficult to move from level 1. I thought that it’s working. Second time I received with same difficulties. But this time I tried to move the button with little bit difficult. But only first time. Now it’s automatically free to move from 1 to 6. I like this hand mixer because it’s very compact.
