When we started using this product we realised that it was not rotating smoothly and thought it could be because its new, but later when checked it had a fine crack in the inside of the rotor which is not visible. Tried reaching out to the companies shared by Amazon but no response and now our product is lying unused and nobody to help us resolve this grievance. Please don’t buy this cheap quality product at all.

It’s okay. It says roti aata can also be made, however I tried, but ended up making the dough by hand then.
For chopping too, I’d prefer the other type of string chopper, but since the string breaks and there is no replacement, this I ordered this.

After returning other types of manual choo and churn devices I turned to this one. The packaging was really good. It has a warranty card as well as a user guide.
There’s a lot of functionality in this small design. It has two gears which helps a lot in dealing with different kinds of food. Onions and other veggies get chopped easily, the blade is sharp and durable. I even made dough in this.
Overall the build quality and functionality is really good. Would recommend
