The chopper is wonderful however I have deducted 2 star due to it’s chopper blade holder height inside the bowl. It’s not properly designed. After a few days of usage, the top breaks and then the chopper doesn’t work because the chopping blade doesn’t reach up to the height to fot in it’s motor groove. We had to pour some gluegun glue to resolve the issue and make it functional again.

It is hopeless product. Charge does not sustain for even few minutes, as claimed by the seller that it works for four hours after one charge. Work efficiency is negligible. A product with wrong information has been put on sale by the seller . It is cheating of a customer. The system does not allow me to return , though I am eligible for return up to 3rd of August as shown on the system.
Please help me to return the item.
