Since I am trying a new product, especially in Amazon platform, I was bit worried about the product after adding to my cart. But, this Geyser is really a nice product. It’s very difficult to say how good it is at first day itself. Build quality looks very premium, additional safety Valve, Steel meshed inlet and outlet pipes are given, and it works perfect, auto power cut feature is also there, and heating temperature control knob is also provided. am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent experience with the Polycab Geyser I purchased.
[...]Firstly, after the purchase, I found that there was no clear post-sales instruction support provided. Additionally, the product did not come with a 3-pin plug, requiring me to arrange this separately at my own expense.
What I found most disheartening was the interaction with your customer support team. When I reached out for assistance, the representatives were not helpful and spoke to me in a very rude manner, which left me with an overall negative impression with Ploycab. Literally they were very worst.
I truly believe customer service plays a key role in brand reputation, and unfortunately, my experience has led me to consider alternative brands for future purchases and to recommend others do the same.
