I purchased this AK 9000 model portable generator

4 has oil warning sensor for safety of engine when it reaches the lower level it indicates
5. For Electrical safety there is a Circuit Breaker it trips when higer load connected
6. Suitable for sensitive electronics due to clean power output 50hz Frequency is maintained
U can use it for lab purpose too
7. Maintain proper fuel,oil keep in air ventilated space, keep away from rain or water as there are output pins and alternator coils
8. Easy to move as wheels (tools,user manual)are there in box

I thought to buy the generator from directly.. But I was little bit afraid because there may be any kind of cheating… After that I decided to forget from Amazon.
They have given me a better offer, 61000/-. I was bit afraid because the owner was so arrogant..
After I bought this from Amazon, the machine was not working. I filled the oil and petrol . Then also it was not work.. I contact them again… The Mechanic was so friendly…
Within no time they given me a WhatsApp call and given all the support…

About the mission up to now I am so happy…

Recently purchased AK9000 – 7000 watts generator for our store use… the generator is working good and the generator is high durability and working as much good!

Product quality and performance is very poor. Seller is not supportive. Life Time Spare Support & Service and 1 Year Warranty is a big scam by seller. Seller is from Coimbatore city, so they only support Coimbatore city customers, outside Coimbatore city customer, they will not help, as will as not response.
Product not come with user manual, no installation support, demo etc. As well as, they don’t have any service center and engineers for servicing parts and repair. In future, if any problem come in generator, you cannot claim warranty and any service help from company and seller.
SO, LOOK LIKE AS PER MY BAD EXPERIENCE, SELLER IS A SCAMMER.
