I used it to boil water as well for many purposes it really makes me feel I don’t need to go to the kitchen. It is very simple to use and no issue in cleaning you easily wash it. Cord length is also perfect. It doesn’t smell like bad . value for money product it is comes in one colour black

I bought it considering using for a long time. The product started giving problem after 3 months. Since, it is under warranty I face it for repair. It worked for another two months and the problem recurred. Repaired for 2nd time, worked for 2 months and then the same issue. Now, I need to get it repaired for the 3rd time. With the expense I incur towards travel and time spent, I can purchase a new kettle.
Dear Prestige, as a customer I am looking for a peace of mind. Why dont the company rectify correctly at the first instance? What is the point of giving warranty?
