Excellent handi for cooking dishes for 5-6 people at least. Dishes like Biriyani and Chicken / Mutton Kosha gets cooked pretty fast – requires less oil, the onions gets caramelized fast, and the meat gets done quicker as well. Since it is big, it’s convenient to mix up the ingredients as well. A must have if you have people coming over all the time, but not something that you’ll use daily, just for the sheer size of this thing.

1.Nice for making biryanis.However,lid is not AIRTIGHT; should have been made of glass & tight fitting so flavour will not go out through vapours .
