We were using the aluminium version of Prestige cooker for many years.
[...]The decision to switch over to Stainless steel version is based on health related thoughts. Steel is much much better than Aluminium. Please google to know more.
Added advantage here is that few things can be cooked directly without any additional vessels. So, the capacity is fully utilized.
The svachh version is a nice innovative design to ensure that spill over doesn’t affect the stove to a large extent. So, very good with respect to cleaning & maintenance.
