   Product is okayish. Unlike other yogurt makers, this one has a flat build. Better for even fermentation. Makes zero noise. The wire is on the shorter end. So make sure the plug is close, or use an extender.
   Since the product is too flat, the fat layer gets accumulated on the top, which you have to check and whisk again (re-emulsify) after an hour. Otherwise you’ll end up with solid top and watery bottom.

   You can make Dairy Curd, Dairy Yogurt. As well as vegan alternatives like plant based Curd & Yogurt. Including Greek Yogurt. People believe these are same. No. All 3 are completely different.

   For Curds, you just need Lactic Acid Bacteria. Either use Chilli Stems, lemon, vinegar or the last batch curd.
   For a creamy Yogurt, you need to use Yogurt starter culture with L. Bulgaricus & S. Thermophilus.
   For greek yogurt, use the same one. But use a muslin cloth underneath the creamy yogurt to strain the excess water. And you end up with more denser, Greek Yogurt.

   Dairy ones curdle very quickly under 7 hours. But vegan ones like with homemade peanut milk, it takes around 9 to 12 hours due to the soluble fibre and lecithin. Some are allergic to curds. But yogurt can be eaten by anyone.

   I am absolutely loving this product. I usually make yoghurt at home in traditional way but honestly, sometimes it just wouldn’t set perfectly or it become a bit too sour. After trying this product, I’m really impressed with the results. It genuinely works good.

   The yoghurt comes out perfectly smooth and creamy. What I especially love is that it delivers perfect yoghurt no matter what the weather is like. It has 360° uniform heating which is clearly working well because the fermentation is so even throughout the pot. And the stainless steel inner pot is a huge plus for me. It feels really hygienic and easy to clean. It comes with its own storage lid which makes it so convenient to put it straight into the fridge.
   The capacity of 900ml is perfect for me as we are a small family. It consumes low energy.
   Honestly, if you want to make your own perfect yoghurt every time then this is a fantastic investment. It’s easy to use and the build quality is great. Definitely a 5-star product.

   The Prestige Curd Maker is perfect for daily use. It sets thick and creamy curd every time, no matter the weather. Just add warm milk and a spoon of curd, and it does the rest. The design is compact, easy to clean, and very convenient for home use. Definitely a great buy for anyone who eats curd regularly!

   Why did you pick this product vs others?:
   Device worked well for 3 times, curd was well made. After device started producing burning smell and finally burnt in fifth attempt. 
   Not expected such a poor quality device from Prestige.

   Recently buy this yogurt maker and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s incredibly easy to use—even for someone new to making yogurt at home. The instructions were clear, and the results were consistent and delicious. The yogurt comes out thick, creamy, and much fresher than store-bought options. its has option for temperature control too its actually a value for money product .
