I bought one unit in December 2024 and since I was happy with the performance I ordered another one in April 2025. The Mix-O-Keep jar gasket cracked on the first use itself. On the second unit also the same gasket cracked on first use. The customer service helpline advised that I should buy a new Jar as they don’t have a gasket. Can you imagine discarding a car if the wiper blade is broken? Eventually, for the first unit I had to purchase the gasket from their company’s technician without a bill. Now for the second unit also I am being dogged around by the customer service team who has no solution. Good product with cheap rubber gaskets and inability to provide spares. Customer service has humans speaking to you but are no better than BOTs or trained parrots who are incapable to offer solutions to simple problems like these. Think twice before purchasing or you will be left stranded like me.

Very third third class product prestige indora 1000 w mixer grinder its jar stopped working under one month and customer care se jar is not warranty if service agent digit in your home then you pay for the service charge and motor is only in warranty jar is not important and very third class experience from prestige and also its juicer is also stop to working it’s very useless product and company so please don’t bye prestige any product it’s very bad experience and don’t waste your money

OMG so many attachments… U will get tired of seeing it…. Almost it takes one full shelf to keep everything in order…. The mixer part is very nice especially the chutney jar and mix o keep jar….to the same mixer when I place food processor with attachments, I almost got heart attack… It was so noisy , can’t even bear it ….the worst part is grater attachment, it got broken in its first use only …. Grating attachment is very poorly designed…..
Except grating attachment and food processor noise , rest everything is fine … Need to focus on redesigning grating attachment.
