Purchased product, within 30.days of usage the product got a crack due to overheating confirmed with technician( obvious manifacturing defect) prestige asked money for spare parts, on the there is no where mentioned that parts charges will bore by the customer, they will charge for each and every part that is damaged, why you are providing warranty then, pathetic service.
there is no t&c in warranty.

Easy to use , price is also affordable, chord is very good , durability is good but it can be better. Easily understand the functions , all different types of modes are mentioned on the top. Cooking time is also very good , no over heating issue or breakdown problem either. Using almost 4 months .
