Poor packaging by seller. However, product itself is sturdy, well made, of excellent build quality but significantly small. Frequent spillage is common irrespective of what you make, honest advice would be to go for the same thing in a bigger size if available.
This pan was better than a similar looking one I ordered from a different brand.
