I was recommended to use it to bake indian kachoris.with a oil brush, I rubbed the kachoris and cooked it on a low heat and it works. Don’t need to deep fry. You can use it for pakodas too. Don’t use the cover as it steams the inside of the cover and the oil and water don’t go together. Need to turn the kachoris, pakodas gently so it cooks every side.

The heat doesn’t distribute properly. The ones in the middle burn sometimes. I leep adjusting my flame but no use. If flame is too less to save the middle circles, then the side circle done cook quicly and this whole process takes long. Looks sturdy and duarble . Just a bit of work with the heat disteibution. Have to be careful. I think its not a big deal, but it could be a big deal if u keep the food unattended while cooking.
