   Product is superb and after sale serivice is the best. There was minor defect with the product and I opt for technician visit with a very nominal charge. Service engineer came took the product and repaired and returned within one day.

   Item is ok..but I bought for making grilled sandwich but this like waffles ..we need crispy sandwich maker not for waffles….it’s like fluffy not a crispy sandwiches…I don’t know what we do with this sand wich maker ..item name is grilled sandwich maker. But this is not grilled sandwich maker..that’s all..many r telling you don’t give the original one ..
