   Good product. I never use any other product except prestige in induction category. So I bought this almost 2 years back till now ( I use induction basically warm water or little cooking ) not need to change or repair anything .

   I’m not a hardcore user but I atleast use once a day. Been using it for 3 months, so far so good with no issues fullfilling the functionality. Buttons are sturdy and easy to use and finally heating speed is also as expected. Wire length is sufficient only if the switch box is much closer to the kitchen area.

   The machine stopped working with No Display at the Display Panel after 16 days from the date of delivery on 27.1.25. Complaint was lodged to the customer care on 14/1/25. The Tecnician visited is well mannered and he replaced the Mother Board on 17/1/25. Product is now working satisfactorily. The Service from customer care team was quite prompt and satisfactory. The product with multiple heating modes looks elegant , is light & comfortable size and and easy to operate. The product needs to be used for quite sometime to assess the durability and overall performance.

   Absolutely pathetic! Bought a Prestige induction stove online and it died in just 1 month. Called customer care twice, mechanic came, promised to fix it in 3 days—never showed up! He even said online buyers don’t get proper support. What kind of service is this? I wasted over ₹1000 for a useless product. Never expected this from Prestige. No support, no responsibility. Total fraud! I’ll never buy Prestige again.

   Absolutely liked it!! Giving e because build quality can be slightly increased.. plastic body is looking cheap and fragile otherwise all other things are good and justifies it’s price.. summing it up as it’s a nice product just go for it.. just keep in mind durability issues
