Waters not properly purify. Actually capacity is 10 liter not 20 liter capacity. After fill up 10 liter water likage from middle join and also very poor quality

Overall quality of the water purifier good. I faced a problem during installation as one of the nuts( which holds ceramic bulb) snapped as it is very thin material and due to it I had to run around a lot of shops to see if I can get nut but unfortunately didn’t as the size is big. I had to then fix it with a screw tie. This I did because I am a technically inclined person but I wonder what a regular customer will do in such a situation. This is could have been avoided by: 1) better quality but 2) providing spare in case of failure
