[...]The video quality is awesome. In this price point it’s impossible to get such a good stuff . According to me Procus viper action camera is the best in the line action camera in this budget. The battery life is good and the packaging was awesome 👍.
If your budget is around 5k this is the best product.

Then they will ask you for service charges to repair there software issues with our money in just afte 6 months of purchasing .

I recently had a fantastic experience with Procus customer service. My camera, which was unfortunately out of warranty, encountered a technical issue. I decided to reach out to Procus for assistance, not expecting much due to the expired warranty.
To my surprise, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and understanding. They promptly responded to my query and guided me through the troubleshooting steps. Despite my camera being out of warranty, they offered to replace it with a brand new one, free of charge!
I was thoroughly impressed with their generosity and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Procus has won me over not just with their quality product but also with their outstanding customer service. Starting with good bits: For this price range, it delivers quite a good amount of performance in terms of usability and build quality. The images’ crispiness is moderate as it captures everything in wide angle which i feel acceptable although the video on other hand is simply superb, 4K recording godlike! I was using it intermittently on 720p 30fps which resulted in long battery reserve of around 3 1/2 hours. Idle battery reserves for more than 3 days (not sure, though) The package does comes with all the necessary accessories and user manual. Thus, one can say, good things can come in small package! Coming to the compromises: Unfortunately, Viper model doesn’t support external mic, so you can guess how the audio quality will be! The helmet mount that comes with ain’t curvy enough to be stuck on it, and i was talking to one of the Procus executive regarding that, they said, one can buy specific helmet mount from their official website. Finally the dashcam holder/mirror mount (whichever we call it) doesn’t have commendable vibration isolation.

I purchased this motion camera to record the goings on in the 2022 Rider Mania held at Vagator GOA held from the 18th To 20 th November 2022. Let me review this product real quick:
EASE OF USE: For a newbie (to the world of motion cameras) like me, the buttons took some time to get used to. I also had to refer to a couple of You tube videos to figure out the various buttons and their functionality. However, once I understood the various functionalities available, this camera becomes pretty easy to use. The overall build quality is satisfactory
WIFI Connectivity – You need to turn on the ‘Spot Cameras’ WIFI on this device, download the XDV app on your smartphone and then connect to the ‘Sport Cameras’ WIFI. This is one aspect that doesn’t work as seamlessly as it should and moreover the WIFI connections gets disconnected frequently, and you would need to repeat the connectivity rigmarole all again. Till now, I haven’s clicked photos or videos via the XDV app, so this should give you a hint on the phone to camera connectivity.
QUALITY of Video Footage: Acceptable for its price range, video footage shot in the day time looks pretty decent, night footage tends to get grainy.
QUALITY of photos: Nope, not satisfied with the photos I have clicked with PROCUS, I would rather click photos with my smartphone.
Battery Back-up: I didn’t take prolonged videos, but I would make an assumption that you can record continuous video of around 25 minutes (assuming you started with the device fully charged up) .
FINAL Verdict: At this price point this camera does what it is supposed to do. Please do not expect superior quality pics from the action camera, use it to record videos.

The quality on this thing is fantastic for a low budget camera. 30fps is all that is needed, if you wanna record 60fps knowing no one will ever be able to tell the difference then be my guest, but this is fantastic. The ONLY problem I had was resolved after reading comments on a youtube video so I’m putting it here. When connecting to the XDV app, MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE DATA IS TURNED OFF otherwise it will not work. As soon as I did this it worked PERFECTLY and the remote recording was great. Best action camera

1. The packaging on the product was good and provisions for made to make a postage drame proof.
[...]2. As you can see on the diagram it comes with different camera mounts and straps to make you able to cover for head, shoulder, chest, mouth mounts also the charger cable.
3. The camera itself is really good for the price range. It’s able to shoot at 4k 30fps, 2.7k 30fps, 1080p 60fps and also 720p at 120 fps… Hence, you can include really smooth slow motion montages in your shots.
4. The waterproof covering on the camera is very well built in.
5. This is one of the very best deals on action cameras for this price range!
