I am writing after using this purifier for last 3 months. I purchased this model Smart Black Alkaline+Zinc+Copper+Calcium.
I did not notice any major change in branded and expensive purifiers.
This one that I have purchased is very good and I suggest strongly to go with this cheap and best product. Water taste good, I have checked the PH level every week. It’s very impressive.

After nearly 3months it was not working, water not comes through the reject line, it means not filtered and storage tank also got cracked.
I approached to the servicing team and same information passesed. They asked photos and videos. I.sent all the information along with photos and video. After that they told that warrenty is not covered because of water condition is not good.
I told them that we are using manjeera water and filter condition is also good and not changed till now. If water condition is not good then why cracked storage tank in one area and within the 3months. Later they asked leakage vedio. That is also I sent. Later no conversation from them. They don’t accept/ lift customer call. Only do conversation by whatsapp. Finally they don’t respond.
What should I do?
So I am requesting to all the people pls don’t by R.K aqua water purifier to avoid creating problems.
I personally very struggled with this because what step I have to take either buy new another one or repair existing one with my personal money. If I repaired with my personal money who will guarantee for this worst product.
Once again I am telling you don’t buy R.K. AQUA WATER PURIFIER at any cost.

I’m writing this review after using this purifier for over 3 months.
At first when you go to purchase this product, it seems to be a great value for money deal but you soon realize that this is a far inferior product compared to the name brands available for slightly more money.
Firstly, you won’t get basic pipe fittings that are generally provided by other name brands and you will be charged extra for those during installation. Not a big deal breaker.
Second, there is no guarantee whether the technician will do a good job of installation. The technician did not even care to clean the tank before installation. After using this purifier for about a week, I found insects and pieces of plastic floating in the tank which had to throughly cleaned.
Third, the overall functionality is questionable. The auto cut-off switch has a mind of its own. Even if the filter tank is full it keeps running every now and then.
Lastly, the most important aspect is the reliability. In just around 3 months of usage the UV filter has started leaking and unfortunately that isn’t covered under warranty. The warranty will only cover the pump and the power supply. This basically means that I will have to shell out additional money for something I’ve already paid for.
In short, if you are looking out for a water purifier which will reliability and effectively function for a decent period of time my suggestion will be to invest some extra money and get a branded one. These companies are nothing but a scam using the ‘Made in India’ tagline as a bait for customers.
