All isgood in this Tab – Sound, colour, contrast, visibility, handling, charge, heat management and wi fi connectivity.
[...]Not tried with 4G yet. Only downside is absence of STULYS PEN with the package. REDMI could have offered two kinds pf package, one with pen and one without. Can not now review the performance of the Tab with the pen in use.

My kids love the RedMi 2 Pad and they are using it for multi functions such as doing school work, research, online learning and of course watching cartoons and downloading games.
I recommend to charge the tab for atleast 8 hrs continuously as soon as it arrives so that the battery gets optimized. Otherwise there might be issues with battery life later on.
Performance wise its very smooth. The sound quality and display quality is actually pretty high end which I am very happy about. Especially my son who uses the Pen for drawing and doing his artwork on the tab. Games load and work smooth.
Overall this product is 9.5 out of 10 for this price range. Close your eyes and go for it if you are looking for a budget device.
