The durability of this brush is horrendous. While the utility itself is fine, 1 brush only lasts about a month before one side becomes out of shape due to continuous rotation. And this leads to brush not sticking to the rotator and having major noise after a month or so only. If it was anywhere close to the original brush, it would have had at least 1-2 years durability. As the shape of one end edge changes, it is of no use within a month

I ordered spares for the Ecovacs Deboot 950. On delivery I found that the filter is small and contacted the seller. They were quick to respond, understood the problem and and assured to send the filters as soon as the stocks arrive. They were updating me about regular and they send 4 filters (one more than what was due as a good will gesture). I find the replacements are of good quality and it costed me less compared to the spares from the manufacturers. Their commitment to quality sevice is admirable.
