Edit: I appreciate the company checking the issue and updating the listing and displaying the BEE rating. They also offered me to fix any other issues I had. Since my original concern was listened to and fixed I am updating the review.
Original review: The protect itself is decent.. However, the claim low power consumption is not True… It has only 1 star BEE rating. And consumes more energy than refrigerators that are much bigger…

The product seems to be good with desired level of deep freeze cooling. The product has 1+3 years warranty which is superb for the price that i paid. Above all Service incharge guy called me to keep me informed of support at all times. Good product and sales after service too.

Kept the load at just 20% and even then doesn’t freeze water. This is a not meant for freezing just meant for cooling.
It has 1* energy efficiency and the compressor makes more noise then my refrigerator. So not a silent machine as well.
