Subject: Feedback for Defective Product – Air & Water Leakage Issue
Dear Customer Support / Rockwell Team,
I recently purchased a Rockwell unit (as shown in the attached image), but unfortunately, I received a faulty piece.
There is air and water leakage from the door, specifically from the upper rubber lining. This is causing inefficiency in cooling and excess condensation.
Kindly look into this issue and do the needful at the earliest. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, either through replacement or repair service.
