Everything is top-class except the internal light. No light came on when the fridge was opened. I also did not see anything like a lighting bulb inside the fridge while checking up. As against this, the Instruction manual sent along with the fridge did mention the internal light under the ‘DOs and Donts’ heading at point 5. I took up with the company representatives twice but they seem to be clueless. Either the fridge has an inherent flaw or the instruction manual says it wrong. So it is up to the manufacturer which is what and take corrective steps. Had it not been for the instruction manual, I would have gladly given it full five stars with the suggestion to provide internal light to make such a wonderful product flawless.

Very pathetic product. I have been provided a damaged product and neither Amazon not the OEM is providing a replacement. Don’t buy this product at all.

I bought this refriator exactly 2 months back on the 1st June and today I am writing a horrible experience which I went through Rockwell. When I received my product it was not working and we connected the customer service for this problem they send a mechanic and he came saw the product did some work and went away, then we started the refrigerator still it is not working from 6th of June we are trying to contact the customer service but they are not receiving our call. When we are messaging they are not responding to that. After 1 month I dropped and email to there team and after that they send another person to look what is the problem with the refrigerator, that person came and saw the product and he informed us that one wire is having a leakage and that needs to get replaced but currently we do not have any availability of this material, it is not in stock. and it has been 2 months now we are not able to use the refrigerator. Their customer service is horrible. I couldn’t have imagined that it would be so bad, after contacting them they are not responding.

Trusted company giving the best services. Last year I purchased Mini Bar & after delivery given installation service given in remote location at Pardeep, Odisha. Last month, due to electricity spike the compressor got damaged. But Rockwell service engineer from Bhubaneswar (approx. 110 km away) given the service of replacing the compressor in a week time. Reliable service follow-up from Kolkata by Mr. Binoy was really appreciating. Thanks & in future all my requirement of refrigeration units will be from Rockwell.

Should have gone with whirlpool or LG. This fridge is very small. With spending Rs 2000 more I could have got a better fridge.
