The customer service is quick and fast.
Tried all different coffee beans and you can experiment with this machine very well with authentic flavour & body.
Frothing is super and consistent.
The touch screen is a great user interface and only one of a kind.
Cold espresso option is very innovative for machine of this range.

Great coffee and steaming milk is very easy.
[...]The steam rod is a bit tricky to clean once the foam solidifies on it but soaking it in hot water makes cleaning very easy.
One thing is that it’s very hard to screw the portafilter on and it does take some strength.
Those are the only problems I’ve faced so far.
Cleaning is easy and the size is perfect.
To get the best coffee, I would recommend not buying coffee online and finding a local seller that sells fresh coffee.
Overall great machine and really good coffee that fills my kitchen with a great aroma.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Waste of money, time, and sanity.
I rarely write reviews, but this machine was such a nightmare that I feel obligated to warn others. From day one, it was a disaster.
Here’s a list of what went wrong:
Cheap Build Quality: The plastic feels like it was made from recycled toys. Flimsy, fragile, and the water reservoir started leaking within a week.
Terrible Brewing: The coffee is either lukewarm or scalding, with no consistency. Sometimes it barely brews at all. Half the time, I ended up with weak brown water instead of coffee.
Noisy as a Jackhammer: It sounds like a dying lawnmower every time it brews. If you’re making coffee in the morning, prepare to wake up the whole house.
Overflowing Mess: It overflows randomly, making a mess on the counter. Cleaning it is a nightmare because the parts are poorly designed and hard to remove.
Awful Customer Service: Reached out to support—no response. It’s like the company disappears once they’ve got your money.
I honestly regret not reading more reviews before buying. I thought I was getting a decent machine for the price, but this turned out to be a complete scam. I threw it out after 3 weeks.
Avoid this machine like the plague. Save yourself the frustration and buy literally any other brand. This one should be taken off the market.
Service is also really bad executive not ready to help us also doing mis-behave on call.

It’s a really good machine at first had a little bit problem getting the double espresso shot , the touch controls on this machine could have been better and it could have been a little bit more taller and the machine would have done wonders but otherwise it’s a steal deal for the price, something she should consider before brewing coffee in this machine are that you need to get a really good quality grinder or good quality pre coffee grind which is the perfect size grind for a home expresso machine and only then you can expect the machine to do wonders and it is a really good machine for the price the steam want also works perfectly I have only made a few cups of coffee until now and genuinely taste better than lot of local baristas the machine is really good I shall only find about its durability after few months for a year of using it well this review is a very instant one but if you are billing to work on your barista skills this is a really really good budget home machine to have,
One pro tip which I have notice for this machine if you are going for one espresso shot use anywhere between 7 to 9 grams of coffee grind if you want to espresso shots use anywhere between 12 to 14 grams only as the machines Porta filter is a bit small going for 15 or more than 15 grams of coffee grind will not give you the best extraction for two espresso shots
