   I earlier had top load washing machine and used to think that these machines are useless. Welcome to front load washing machine which replicates your hand wash and this machine infact replicates it better. Along with the smart control, its definitely a good thing to have at home.

   1. First things first, it cleans really well. Put clothes in, add detergent, set controls and let it work.
   2. Works almost silently and makes very less noise. On top of that, there’s dedicated silent mode too.
   3. New age touch controls along with a smooth roller (as opposed to buttons)
   4. Smart control to remotely control the machine (notifications are also there, eg “washing cycle complete” etc)
   5. Adjustable legs with solid rubberized grip
   6. Sweet chime to indicate the end of the cycle
   7. Machine automatically moves most used washing mode to top of the list for fast access
   8. Hygiene steam mode for extra care of sensitive cloths
   9. It really works patiently on clothes and takes its own time to wash (1-2) hours depending on the cycle unless you choose quick wash. This also ensures clothes are not strained during wash and prevents damage.
   10. Detergent tray has three sections- washing detergent, pre wash detergent, and conditioner/softener additives

   To connect machine to WiFi and enable app control

   -Download “SmartThings” app from playstore
   -Create/log-in to your Samsung account
   -Press WiFi button on machine
   -Search for machine using app and connect
   -App can be used to control machine and give washing commands, set mode, sping speed, temperature, rinse counts, etc

   Direct controls

   -Touch power button for a few seconds to switch it on
   -Rotate dial to select washing mode (Cotton, E-cotton, Shirts, Bedding, etc)
   -Touch respective buttons (temp, rinse count, spin speed) to customize selected washing mode
   -Use last contol (pointed hand) to customize further (Pre-wash/Soak/Intensive etc). Soak is the most used setting in my case which soaks clothes for 30 mins before washing
   -Press start/pause button for a few secs to start (machine locks door once it starts washing, wash can be paused in between using same button)
   -Do use good quality liquid detergent for quality wash (avoid solid detergent as sometimes it leaves a residue)

   – Use manual to understand washing modes and DO NOT exceed the load limit for each mode and follow instructions carefully
   – Put in any cloths (shirts, suits, kurtas, jeans, etc) with buttons, zippers, or any such extra accessories, inside out to prevent damage to the inside of machine
   – Do not leave cloths for larger duration once washing is done to prevent smell
   – Wipe drum, door, seal with soft cloth once washed clothes are taken out
   – Keep door open for some time (an hour or two) to let moisture out post taking cloths out
   – For some zones like collar, edge of jeans which are extra soiled, apply liquid detergent directly and rub a little

   Front load is always a good option to go for since it replicates actual hand wash process and works great. This machine is a recommended device for the features you get along with quality wash. I have been using it now for a month and completely satisfied.

   P.S. Basic installation is free, but anything extra like inlet/drain pipe extension, stand, power extension, etc. is chargeable.

   This is my great purchase with Amazon, and samsung is always my priority brand, i recently brought samsung convertible refrigerator and I loved it, and my last washing was samsung top load,, it’s great,, not a single issue in 3 years of regular use,, now,, had bought this front load from Amazon great Indian festival – Kickstart deal.. Machine looks and features are really good… Best washing machine to buy in 2023. I thought of Bosch but had people saying that it’s service cost is high,, so decided to go with Samsung. Thank you @samsung❤️
   An update from my first use – I have loaded few of my dirty clothes in the washing.. I had never seen washing of the front load,, i was surprised that it takes less water for washing (I would suggest to check hardness of water before use, we have bore water for washing and it has 370ppm,, i thought its fine without filter, but I would recommend using filter for washing machine especially for front load,, if water is soft, the wash quality would be much better.. My first wash was a daily wash,, it showed some 1 hours and 6 minutes time,, i was sitting near washing machine and observing,, though it was taking less water,, the wash spins that it took was really great,, there was not much noise or vibrations.. The drain water after the wash has shown me the real dirt from my clothes,, after the complete wash,, when I removed clothes,, the first thing I felt was the comfort fabric fragrance,, which I never smelled from my top load washing machine use,, and there some stains on few of my clothes before wash,, i have checked that,, but there were no stains,, i am very happy with this purchase… If any one have a trouble in selecting top or front,, i would always suggest front load washing machines.. It might cost little more,, but everything comes with a price,, if you need better wash quality,, then go for front load.. For me,, this samsung 8kg hygiene steam washing machine is really great,, 5 out of 5😁
