Dear Samsung Team,
I am extremely disappointed with the performance of my Samsung refrigerator. While the power and internal light are functioning, there is absolutely no cooling happening inside the fridge or freezer.
As a result:
The milk curdled, even after being kept in the freezer for more than 24 hours.
Coriander dried up completely, clearly showing the cooling system is not working at all.
Even water isn’t getting cold, which is unacceptable.
This is not the quality I expected from a reputed brand like Samsung. It has caused inconvenience, food wastage, and a clear breach of trust.
I request immediate service, and if the product is under warranty, I expect free repair or replacement. Kindly treat this matter with urgency.

There is no leg in backside
The body acts as leg in back side( designed in that way) and the adjustment is limited.
If your floor is uneven, you will be in trouble.
We are forced to buy a stand @1600 rs, since we are afraid of its stability and the chances of entry or moisture and insects in the backside.

I and my family like the refrigerator. Thank you Samsung and Amazon for giving me a genuine product.
All features of the refrigerator like Cooling, Storage capacity, Looks, Functionality, etc are good at this price range. There is no any water leakage.
Overall, the Samsung Refrigerator is amazing.
