Been using the refrigerator for more than 6 months now, very quiet and energy efficient. Best feature is the convertible freezer and Samsung SmartThing to control remotely. Enough storage for a family of 4 to 5 members.

Overall this refrigerator is good addition to my home but later I realized that 5 members family doesn’t need the big size fridzer. Overall samsung did best in terms of build quality and features.

BEWARE:
Worst Samsung post service support,Installation and demo for Bangalore location still pending after 40 days of purchase and it’s impossible to reach the Samsung customer care through bad self service Bot agents they setup in IVR/chat.
And about Amazon customer care lifted hands saying we don’t facilitate demo and asked to contact Sumaung customer care directly.
Finally I opened the box myself and installed, still exploring features.
About build quality, It’s pretty low quality as we got dent on the body when a vessel touched the body accidentally, though impact was very low still got dent on the door!
