Despite numerous attempts, I rarely reach anyone on the phone, and on the rare occasion I call from a different number, the line is disconnected, leaving me feeling completely ignored.
Is this really the customer experience Samsung stands for—a lack of support for those who chose your brand? I hope not, as this experience has fallen far below the standards I expected from Samsung.
History of Washing Machine
After delivery from Amazon, a Samsung technician came to unpack and install the washing machine. During the trial wash, the machine produced an unusual noise. The technician inspected it and confirmed that some parts were broken and would need replacement.
Given this, I decided to halt the repair and requested Amazon to arrange a return. To my surprise, Samsung service team refused to uninstall the machine and demanded an additional charge. When I declined, they stopped communicating entirely, leaving my calls to both the service team and your toll-free number unanswered. This experience has left me disappointed and questioning Samsung’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
Now, Amazon has canceled my return request, saying that since the machine is installed, Samsung must handle the issue, as it appears to be a manufacturing fault. They advised me to seek repairs directly from Samsung, but I have not been able to secure any assistance from your repair team, leaving me with a faulty, unusable machine in my home.
What I am doing now : (Future) New request 4404321571
To finally resolve the ongoing issues with my washing machine, I decided to proceed with repairs and have created a service request: 4404321571. I am currently waiting for your service team, who I understand may be a third-party provider authorized by Samsung, to reach out and initiate the repair.
Based on my prior experience with this team, my expectations for their cooperation are quite low, as they have been unresponsive in the past and might delay or misrepresent updates in your system.

The Machine is good, installation was timely and smooth. However, the inlet pipe is small. They should provide a standard size of at least 2 Mtrs. I had to purchase a 2 mtr inlet pipe separately. Rest all is good. Those who are looking for a good fully automatic washing machine can go for this one.
