   I recently purchased this Samsung washing machine, and I’m extremely satisfied with its performance. It works smoothly and quietly, even during the spin cycle.    After just 3 months of ownership, I am deeply disappointed with my Samsung washing machine. What I expected to be a reliable appliance has turned into a source of frustration and ongoing issues.

   The most concerning problem is the rapid deterioration of the washing tub. After only 3 months of normal use, the tub has developed significant rust and visible damage. This is completely unacceptable for a modern appliance from a premium brand like Samsung.

   ### Customer Service Experience
   When I contacted Samsung support about these issues:
   – They refused to replace the unit, claiming the damage wasn’t covered under their warranty policy
   – The service technician blamed the use of fabric softener (Comfort) for the issues
   – No adequate explanation was provided for the premature rusting

   ## Service Technician Response
   The service representative suggested that using fabric softener (specifically mentioning Comfort) was the cause of the damage. However, this explanation:
   – Doesn’t address why a modern washing machine would rust so quickly
   – Contradicts normal usage expectations (most consumers use fabric softeners)
   – Attempts to shift blame to the consumer rather than acknowledging a product defect

   ## Warranty Issues
   Samsung has refused to replace the unit despite the obvious manufacturing defects, citing policy limitations. This raises serious concerns about their commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.

   ## Recommendation
   Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Samsung washing machine model to other consumers. The combination of:
   – Poor build quality
   – Premature rusting and deterioration
   – Unsatisfactory customer service
   – Unreasonable warranty limitations

   Efficient, Top Loading, Silent Running Motor with a 20 years warranty, Water Saver, by letting you choose from 5 levels of water depending on the clothes load, Power Saver with a 5 Star BEE Rating, option to only Rinse and Spin Dry clothes, heavy blankets, godhadi and razai, as well as delicate clothing, can be washed. Besides, the huge 8Kg.capacity stainless steel drum lets you wash the clothes of a family of 4 or 5 persons in a single wash, saving more water and electricity.

   Minus point:
   You won’t be able to start using the Samsung Washing Machine immediately after installation, because you will have to fit a longer Water Inlet Tube and a longer Drained Water Discharge Tube in the machine, as the short tubes Samsung provides are too short and next to useless. Fortunately, I could begin using my new Samsung Washing Machine immediately after installation as I had a Samsung machine earlier, and had remembered to retain the longer Water Inlet Tube and a Drained Water Discharge Tube that I had bought separately, while giving away the older machine in exchange.
