I regret to say that my experience with the Samsung washing machine has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment of delivery, I encountered a series of issues that have left me deeply dissatisfied with my purchase.
The problems began with the installation process. The installation team, instead of providing a seamless service, created unnecessary obstacles and tried to pressure me into purchasing a washing machine stand that was not even recommended for front load machines. Despite my clear refusal, the installation executive chose to ignore me and stopped responding to my calls. It was only after escalating the matter to customer care that I managed to get him to come and install the product, a full two weeks after receiving it.
To my dismay, within just two days of installation and after running the first wash cycle, the washing machine started making jerky noises. I had no choice but to contact customer support once again. When the service technician arrived, I was informed that the installation had not been done properly, and even the essential rat mesh was missing. It was revealed that the installation technician deliberately left out screws, clearly in retaliation for my decision not to purchase the stand.
Now, here I am, a mere three months after purchasing a supposedly luxury range washing machine worth a whopping Rs. 51,800, and it has started making noise again. This level of unreliability and recurring issues is unacceptable for a product in this price range.
As a consumer, I expected a certain level of quality and service from Samsung, but my experience has been one of frustration and disappointment. Not only was the installation process riddled with problems, but the machine itself has proved to be unreliable and prone to defects.
I strongly urge potential buyers to think twice before investing their hard-earned money in a Samsung washing machine. The lack of professionalism displayed by the installation team, combined with the recurring issues and poor performance of the product, make it clear that Samsung has fallen short of delivering a satisfactory experience. I am deeply dissatisfied with my purchase and regret ever choosing this product.

Very nice product. Look wise good. Delivered properly in good packaging. Brand installation was good and prompt. Working nicely from last 4 months and the IOT features working nicely. We are staying in multi storied building, where this wifi features is really helpful. No need to check for the wash completion by going near the device. We can check the status of the wash from mobile/TV and also get notification in mobile or TV when the washing gets completed. Washing machine is also quite silent, as compared to my old LG front load one. 9kg variant is more than enough for a small family. No need to bother about the load and can easily wash a lot many clothes together. Overall very much satisfied with the product and wash quality.
