I purchased this machine in august 2021.
[...]It went fine for two and half years. But problems started from 2024 starting.
First the machine drum broke and it took technician 1 months to attend the machine despite my repeated calling to customer care.They took machine with them and returned it after 4 days.
The drum was fixed but machine started making excessive noise during washing cycle. I think that there was some sabotage with machine. After that my 3 year warranty period was over. In october 2024 the machine came up with new problem. During cycle the machine stops without any reasons. No code is displayed it just stops.
I called samsung technician and he told that control board is not working and it will cost ₹6000 to replace it.
My relatives also brought this model of washing machine and they also faced problems similar to me from 3rd year.
This washing machine is piece of scrap.
I am not buying samsung washing machines ever. My parents have an ifb washing machine and it is working absolutely fine and its now in its 6th year.
I am very dissapointed with samsung. Waste of time and money.

After watching many videos and doing our research, we finally replaced our old IFB washing machine with a Samsung Smart model. Compared to other brands, Samsung has done a great job with its AI features. The washing quality is impressive, the Wi-Fi functions work well, and the build quality is solid with minimal vibration.
We were considering Samsung, IFB, LG, and Bosch, but ultimately chose the Samsung 9kg model. You won’t find many detailed reviews or videos for this specific model on YouTube, so I hope this helps. we got this machine in Amazing Amazon deal only at 27500 Rs
After using it for 3–4 days, everything is working well so far, but I did notice a few cons:
Power Interruption: If there’s a power cut during a wash cycle, the machine doesn’t automatically resume. You need to manually press the power button to continue the program once power is restored.
Water Supply Issue: If the water supply is interrupted during a wash cycle, the machine shows an error. Once the water returns, the wash cycle starts from the beginning instead of resuming from where it left off.
Liquid Detergent Usage: You cannot add liquid detergent before starting the wash program, especially if you’re using the prewash option. The liquid gets flushed out during prewash, reducing its effectiveness.
Other than these three points, everything else has been great for us. We’ll update this review if we face any further issues.

I have contacted all samsung service centres nearby and nobody is taking responsibility to install it. Never expected such a horrible experience from such a reputed brand.
