7) How does the washer drain and is there a drain hose included? YES there is a drain hose included. This is a long white plastic hose connected to the bottom left when facing the washer – this hose runs up and over and into the sink, it is more than long enough for a kitchen counter
8) How long does it take to do a full load of laundry?
Start to finish is 44 minutes for a full large load and approx.
14 to 25 minutes for the quick smaller loads.
9) What electrical outlet do I need?
standard home three-pronged is ok as its available in everyone home. ( No need to setup extra yhings)
10) Can I wash sheets and blankets?
Definitely.

I Bought especially due to best seller product. Having perfect to my 4 member family. Weight is lightwright. Looking premium as compare to any others.
Ad per my opinion The brand trust is most important in such high range valuble things because whenever you required service it should be NEAR TO YOUR LOCATION as well as the parts availability and the service should be really important factor.

My Experience with Amazon & Samsung
While many people claim online shopping is risky these days – even comparing it to buying from a junkyard – I still trust Amazon. To date, Amazon has provided me with excellent service. Whenever I’ve been unsatisfied or encountered product issues, they’ve respectfully taken responsibility, accepted returns, and processed refunds without hesitation.
One recent change I’ve noticed is Amazon now charging handling fees, though I’m not entirely clear on their purpose. This does make me slightly uncomfortable.
My recent purchase of a Samsung washing machine through Amazon arrived via open-box delivery. The delivery person was in a hurry and handled the package somewhat roughly when showing me the item after bringing it into my house. However, the product itself remained intact.
Samsung’s service impressed me – their technician arrived exactly at the scheduled time the next day and completed the installation professionally. The machine is working perfectly, and I truly appreciate Amazon’s reliable and trustworthy service.
As for Samsung products – their quality speaks for itself. I don’t think I need to elaborate on how good they are and how well they perform. The most notable feature of this washing machine is its silent functioning capability. The mobile control feature through the Samsung app is excellent. So far, the connection has been seamless and all functions work perfectly. While I haven’t explored all features yet, the ones I’ve used have been truly impressive.

Recently purchased this washing machine, and I must say, the machine itself is excellent. It features a sleek design, delivers efficient washing, and is incredibly easy to use.
However, I am extremely disappointed with the service support, particularly the first installation. The process took nearly 5–6 days, and even then, it wasn’t completed. This was incredibly frustrating. There was a noticeable lack of coordination and a slow response from the service team. I had to follow up multiple times with both the service team and Samsung customer support just to get the installation finished.
For a brand like Samsung, I expected much better customer service and a far smoother after-sales experience.
If you’re considering the product, it’s definitely a great choice. But be prepared for subpar service support that needs significant improvement.

It is a very good machine, it is doing its work very well and it is sufficient for almost 12 people in the family and the most important thing is that it is very comfortable, after installing it once you can be tension free as it does its work completely on time, I like it a lot and I feel that you all should also thank Amazon which provides things of good quality and good quality at the right price, thank you Amazon

Have been using this machine for more than a month now, it’s great, silent when in operation and does not damage the clothes.
[...]My only complain would be with the Samsung’s Smart things app. It decided to automatically log me out one day and wouldn’t log back in until i decided to use a different account.
Also the “Smart” part of the machine is that it will select the level of water, rinse cycles and spin time on it’s own considering the weight of the load and it can be started from your smart phone from anywhere as far as the washer is connected to Wi-Fi.
