I couldn’t make peace with its taste , so eventually stopped drinking it .and later got tabs made of it .but this powder worked in other ways . Its a good face mask .just put water and plaster it on your skin .it actually helps and results come soon visible. And also works as hair mask .same manufacturing process and keeps hair in long term . So if you could try it with some things like fruits mix or something . Hopefully that’s it’s a good practice of long term effect .
