The advertisement is differs from its actual item, i got different brand instead of scotchbrite so I end up returning the item

So basically I took this product as the normal mops were basically difficult to use. This is a good product but it’s not convinient.
1- the entire product is very hard for me or any one who is using due to its push.
2-water draining technique is perfect. Make it lighter.
3- but when you are trying to put the mop in the water and twsiting you will require a lot of force.
4- everytime you have to put the mop in 90° angle so that it can fit in the block properly. Inconvenience to a greater level.
For any elderly person this will be very difficult to use . Do not try with one hand. Use both hands to create pressure.

Pros :-
Compact and sturdy
The mop head is nice but not quite the best out there
The handle and mop feels solid.
It hugs the floor just about the right way and makes the wipe effortless and it cleans well

I have big hands so the handle is just about right. I wonder how a dainty hand will hold it as it’s quite chinky
It’s a bit too sleek, so when you move the mop from the bucket to the spinner more.often than not there is a lot of spillage
How I wish they had a set of wheels for the bucket, this has a handle and the only way to move it is carry it. I wouldn’t recommend dragging it as feel wrong ! Unnatural to a point where you feel it might scratch the floor
Overall I find it nice and comfortable. A good buy at a decent price. I have a batla spin mop set so I use the bucket of that with this mop and it’s perfect.
Comfort – given the handle size for me is a 9 out of 10

Product became useless on first day.
[...]The rod is not at all good. Steel rod is not getting fixed in the plastic rod at both the ends. Plastic rod is coming out.
Product received was damaged inside the Plastic rod to hold in the end. Due to this the steel rod is not fixed firmly and comes in hand. Plastic rod & steel rod are separated . Also the steel rod is not getting fixed at the starting point were we fix to the wiper.
Since I had no time I counld’t take up to return the product. But the product became useless on 1st day itself. total money is wasted . since it is over 7 days they will not even replace
