After 2 weeks of usage, membrane housing was cracked near drain exit point. Upon contacting Seller with the issue, Seller (Shapure) promptly sent a new membrane housing without any questioning and newly delivered item is working perfectly fine. Earlier i thought it is a poor quality product, however it is evident that it is not. It is a good product. Unfortunately, earlier i was delivered with a housing with manufacturing defect.

First time using this filters. Found satisfactory quality, water also filtering quit good connector also good quality. No leakage in any filter. Not suitable for Aquaguard sure, shield, and new models. Suitable for replace livpure and kent and other local brand filter which are bulky in size.
