The product wasn’t delivered as it showed, only the sterilizer was delivered and that was defective with it’s switch not working. It’s been 3weeks I’m trying to get the refund for this product and no response yet.Highly unhappy with this. It was combo but only one item was delivered and I have been asking for the 3 items, no response. I first time did exchange thinking may be broken due to logistics but even in exchange I got the same defective product with only item when it’s supposed to be 3 items. It’s my first bad experience with Amazon. Now discouraged to use this platform.
