   I am Posting this after using this cup for one cycle, I brought large size, but after using this I feel I need mid size cup.
   – I m 32yrs married not delivered, but still I wll recommed myself Medium size cup.
   – This large cup diameter I feel is not comfortable for me.
   – C or U fold will not work for it, but push down was good option.
   – As the top part pop opens easily (I felt it is hard side) but as a beginner this was tough time for me with this cup holding it was difficult and it’s little hard side as beginner to hold and insert this one.
   – In images I hv shared length and width of cup properly for those who want to buy this product (large size) should not be confused like me.
   – I suffered too much pain bcz of large size.
   – If u check my second last image, I feel that mid part of cup can be little softer and little narrow, as top is very stiff it opens easily and stays inside also nicely with no leakage, but as it was big in size, it was painful and I hv to remove it again and again in an hour.
   – Removing was easy as it has long tail, but in start u wll feel it wll not come out but u hv to wiggle it while pulling out.
   – I think medium size with little soft material will do for me. Medium size will be ok for heavy flow too, as this large size cup never use to get fill.
   – I wll never recommend very soft material, I think that will have opening issue.

   Packaging

   I bought medium and large size both. Medium cup came stand alone

   The large cup came in a cute package with a tiny gunny pouch, tiny menstrual wash and tiny intimate wash. The cup, it is soft n flexible. The quality is good with a smooth finish.

   Utility
   Once placed inside, i don’t even feel it. Though it might take couple of menstrual cycles to get the hang of smooth, correct and quick cup placement, yet, this is the coolest feeling I’ve had during periods.

   Need for airtight Storage

   Few things you get to know post receiving the cup. You need to have an airtight box ready to store the clean cup post your cycle.

   Need for More Detailed User Manual

   The instructions describe only one kind of fold(c fold) for insertion, which did not work for me AT ALL. There are 3-4 kinds of folds, punch in, 7 fold etc.
   It might be a good idea to watch a video for various methods of cup insertion.

   For Sirona, it will be very helpful for 1st time users, if you can make the user manual a little more descriptive and detailed.

   To be honest, I was excited to buy this menstrual cup and sceptical at the same time. I wondered whether all the people saying that it’s very comfy and really easy to use was truthful or not. On the first try, I was ready to give up. But, I went through a few websites and read more on how to use, how to make it less painful and all of that. Armed with such knowledge, I went ahead and tried again. This time, it worked. Now I have also joined the masses of people who say that cups are definitely comfortable and easy to use. I mean, no more rashes and itchy skin anymore. For now, I’m very satisfied with it. This product also comes with two washes and they smell so good. So, definitely a five star for me.

   This is my second cup package purchase from Sirona. While I loved the cup, this package is pretty useless. For 50% higher price you get these tiny tester sample bottles for cup sanitizer and intimate wash. So small that it’s pretty useless. The listing doesn’t mention the ml so it’s misleading. The bottle is just 15ml which is nothing. Don’t waste your money on the package and just buy the cup standalone.

   Nice product. It’s a paper box. Not a round container like as shown in the picture. Cup is soft and comfortable. Wash are having nice fragrance. Go for it.

   Really I’m thankful to sirona for introducing such a great and hearty product for women. Really super and easy to use 1st time was little bit nervous but later it was easy to use. Cant feel it other than normal period pain. Really recommend for all ladies especially with sensitive skin. Kindly note if you had normal delivery with 1 child better use medium cup use large cup with twins or more than 1 delivery.

    Must say what a relief from all the problems like sanitary pads, odour, rashes, hygeine, budget etc, all problems just solved with this one product, just loving using it and can’t even feel that having periods, must buy all ladies, girls do try it once and u will love it

    It’s around one year I still using the menstrual cup amazing easy to clean no hassle to change every time after using this my clothes never get stained environment friendly and the best thing now I don’t need to go chemist every month for napkin also value for money
