If you are buying any big electronics from Amazon, think 10 times. I have purchased this DSLR camera and received it on 8th day, which is defective. SD card slot is not working in the camera. As per common practice in online purchase, if item is defective it should be replaced with new one or money should be refunded. But now Amazon has changed the policy, they have forced me to visit the Sony service centre to get it repaired. Imagine I bought something in 1.2 lakh, received it 7 days late, now I have to keep visiting service centre to get the new device repaired. I am not sure that they have sent me a new piece with QC completed. How a new camera can have faulty card slot. In my case seller was Clicktech Retail Private limited.
