Very very good. It is easy to set up and doesn’t struggle to connect to the Wi-Fi, it does what you needed to do with an array of colours and pre-programming of when the light should turn on and off including Geo tagging.
I certainly highly recommend it.

Added in my bathrooms along with T100 motion sensor for the automatic lights based on motion detection. Setup was very easy like any other TP-Link products.
Brightness is enough for small areas. Application options are well defined and easy to use. Colors are quite accurate. Switch on/off also working flawlessly with manual and automated way(motion sensor). I like this product very much and planning to install this bulb at more places at my home.

You have to Download Tapo App from Play Store and setup with your Router which is quite easy, You can have good control of the bulb from your mobile via Tapo App from anywhere where there is availability of Internet. The response to controls is very fast. You can do so many things. Change intensity, change to different colours set Timer and Schedule your Smart Bulb when it will Turn On and Turn Off. I am highly satisfied with the product.

stupid bulb, you need more stuff to make it truly smart. else you have to keep the bulb turned on all the time.
I bought this smart bulb hoping for simple, local time-based automation — something like “from 6 AM to 8 PM, use bright white” and “after 8 PM, switch to a warm night light.” Sounds basic, right? Unfortunately, it’s not possible unless you leave the bulb turned on 24/7.
If you’re like me and prefer to use a wall switch to turn the bulb on/off manually, this bulb becomes completely dumb. It doesn’t check the time when it’s turned on. It won’t apply the right color or brightness based on the time — it just goes back to the last state or a default one, ignoring any scheduled settings.
The only way to get automations to work is to keep the bulb powered on all the time, which defeats the point of calling it “smart.” And there’s no local logic or proper time-based conditions unless you connect it to a separate smart hub or run something like Home Assistant — which most average users won’t do.
In short, this bulb is only “smart” if you use it the way it wants — not how you live. Disappointing.
