Extremely Disappointed with Sleep Companyโs Service and Mattress Quality
I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience with The Sleep Company. The mattress I received is not at all comfortable, and it completely failed to meet the expectations set by their marketing and sales promises. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company has shown very poor customer service.
When I first raised my concern about the discomfort, I expected some level of support or solution from their end. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I even asked for a refund, which they outrightly rejected without any serious attempt to understand the issue or offer a resolution. Their so-called customer-centric policies are misleading.
Itโs extremely frustrating to invest in something as essential as a mattress, only to find out that not only is the product substandard, but the after-sales support is practically non-existent. I am now left with no option but to initiate legal action against the company for failing to address a genuine grievance.
I would strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious before purchasing from The Sleep Company. Donโt be misled by the hype or advertisements โ once your money is paid, you may be stuck with a poor-quality product and no real support.

Team reached out and provided a topper as a solution for the mattress situation(photo provided). Seems of good quality. Although the topper is stiff than the original ortho mattress – will use and see how it ends up with continued usage.
Oct 24 – Had bought this in early 22.
6 inch โorthoโ mattress with warranty of 10 years. Spent a fair amount on it but u fortunately failed the test of time!
To start – the mattress creates a good and premium first impression and is plushy and good. For a year or so that was the case but since past year – started facing a lot of back issues. Started with lower back pain, upper back pain etc. The box pattern of the mattress is also spoilt and could be the reason of the issues.
So considering it comes with 10 years of warranty – i reached out to the customer โcareโ who straightaway termed this as rough use and incorrect usage. I assured them i had used it for daily sleep of 8-10 hours for 2 members and had provided them with all the evidence i could share over images and videos. Unfortunately the company refused and now i am stuck with a 25k mattress that is causing my back to die day by day.
Would suggest to spend your hard earned money wisely! Their 10 year warranty is a hoax and they just want to sale and forget!
