It’s not bad per se, but there’s a mismatch between expectation and reality. I was expecting it to stay cooler but that’s not the case at all. It’s comfortable, but far less than a memory foam coccyx cushion.
Some pros: it’s heavy, not some flimsy thing, so there’s hopefully some quality in it. Only time will tell.
I don’t regret buying it but I’m unlikely to be a repeat customer.
