First product from truke that I feel very disappointed with, for the following reasons :
> Does not have dual connect – just a single connect
> Even single connect is very buggy and just so to “wake” the earphones if you accidentally tap x3 times, you are doomed – because that is the RESET option and thus it immediately disconnects leaving you to re-pair the device and use
> Mic quality is extremely poor – got feedback that it seems that I am speaking from another corner of the room, even though its snugly placed on my ears. and yes it does not have dual or quad mic and definitely NOT MEMS
> I dont know how, but just once I managed to switch to spatial audio – and there is no refernce to it in the manual
> No other options in touch like eq or bassmode or anything
> Not worth the price ( yoga beat is 100x better and half priced )
> Could not return, as date range has passed so have to keep it
> Did not test, but possibly battery life is good as I charged it 3-4 times only
I own a S1 and also Clarity 2 which performs much much better than this
Eventually had to buy truke Yoga Beat, which is surprisingly half the price and is an excellent OWS ( cannot post review here as bought from somewhere)
In short – keep away from this and dont buy
I will also mention that truke does make quality and affordable stuff and thus have bought only its stuff, but this is Heavily Disappointing both in product, and then looking at the price that you pay
About the tech – yes in-ear buds do cause more wax development and some hearing loss in time succession, for which I switched to OWS, as I have to work with them for hours at strech sometimes

The open ear design is something I tried for the first time and for me, they changed listening to music, forever. Visualize it as listening to music with transparency mode always on.
Playing music/podcasts on these feels like you’re still in the real world and there’s an added soundtrack from your surroundings. If you raise the volume enough, it still pretty much has the capability to isolate you from the outside noise but it might hurt your ears a bit too.
Usually I keep my volume at around 30% at home and 60-70% outdoors and it works great for me.
They do lack bass but it varies. In quiet, night time environments they do deliv 70% of the bass but in daytime and indoors, they deliver 40%. Outdoors that bass comes down to 10%.
The mic quality is okay-ish. Everytime I’ve talked to people in a semi-noisy environment, people have asked me to take my earphones off so that’s not a good sign.
Besides that, the touch controls are very responsive, which is also why I’m giving these 4 stars instead of 5. The touch sensitive are is so large and responsive that even the slightest adjustment to the buds can cancel a call or pause playback. It’s very annoying when it happens and for me, it sure happens atleast once a day.
Battery life is insane, these buds are comfortable and you can wear them and forget charging them. Sometimes Infact, I even forget that I’m wearing them which only testifies their comfortable fit. But also they’re still a little loose on my ears.
I’m 5″8′ and it feels like my ears should have been a little larger for them to fit me best. But still i got used to it within a few days and never found any concerns later.

I recently purchased the Truke Buds Liberty, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. From the moment I unboxed them, the experience has been top-notch. The build quality is solid, and the buds have a premium feel. The case has a stylish design.

This new style earbud is really amazing, properly fits on ear, gives a secure feeling. Build quality is premium and modern. Bluetooth connectivity is stable. Battery life is very good. Sound quality is also good with proper bass. It will not harm to our ears as it is not getting inserted to our ears, I have not found this quality earbud before. Sensor to pick calls is also working fine. Reasonable price. I am really very happy with its new design.
