   Usha janome machine is very good, lightweight, Nice design. For speed there’s a foot controller, also you get a hand controller when you want to slowly stitch something. There are around 57 different functions which are very useful.

   The only problem is the customer support and it’s service. I had been following the usha support and service team for around 10 days to get the demo and other functionality to work and use it better but looks like they don’t care about it.

   Worst service from USHA.

   The machine is very good, great for home work, but don’t buy on amazon or any online platform, because if the product is delivered bad, The returns policy is very bad, I requested for a long time for return pickup but no one came for pickup, finally the customer care said that there will be return.
