   The product worked great till one day its motor started behaving erratic. I called up the Usha Customer Service as it was under warranty. A repair person was sent, a very nice person, who found the motor to be faulty and changed the motor free of cost. So far my best experience of a warranty, as usually others just brush off saying tagging fault in usage and not in manufacturing.

   Worst service experience
   I was following up with service team from 4 months for the fan which is in warranty and leass than year, every time they will ask to register new complaint and nobody respond
   They keep saying we send technician and that never happens

   Initial product was faulty but Amazon acted fast and swiftly with a replacement. The replacement is working well. It is relatively quiet and has good wind.
