The brass burners changed color on the very first day of using, I posted questions here asking for help and support, they kept removing them I guess, the two big burners gives out a lot of flame even on simmer, I built this beautiful kitchen this hobtop completely ruined the look of the entire kitchen.

We bought this Hobtop from V Guard by trusting the brand and their service network. Initially there was some confusion on the installation and demo as the customer care and service centre mentioned that it is not part of the purchase. Later the service centre manager arranged the installation and demo quickly. Service engineer Mr. Akhil visited and completed the procedure and explained in detail. Appreciate all the support and assistance.
Product is working as expected. More review will be updated after 6 months.
