Product is excellent. The design, colour and features are really good. Digital temperature indicator is cool. Water gets heated really quickly. It takes less than 10 minutes for a bucket of water to get heated from ~35 degree to ~ 50 degree. This is good for anyone to take a bath. If you want to take headbath then heat up to 60 degree which is likely to take anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes.
However, I didn’t receive a satisfactory installation from VGuard. Had to call a few times to get the slot fixed. The technician was interested in charging exorbitantly high for simple activities and materials.
Companies like VGuard must focus on customer satisfaction and not let the franchises to create displeasure at the first instance.

Myself Raghavendrakatti, don’t buy this product, V-Gaurd company installation peoples are very rude to talk to a customer and they are not ready to visit the location too,amazon ppls are saying installations is free but here Vguard installation ppls are not supportive. Kindly go with flipkart don’t buy this from Amazon. I called local plumber to install it and they charged 1000 rs now. Who will pay that extra 1000 to me now, its headache for a customer, amazon customer care center is also not supportive and they are not ready to listen they will say their own rules and regulation, but it’s good experience not to go to amazon again. I will buy from local ones only even they charged 1000 extra also I will support local only, requesting all of you don’t buy anything
