The item is working and good. But I am really disappointed that they cancelled my warranty because I did installation outside v guard installation team. The guy even didn’t bother to mention that your warranty will get cancelled if you get it done outside. This is the first time I am seeing something like that as had installation earlier for other brands as well but never had these issues. They don’t even give the plug so that’s extra 100-150 charge. You also have to buy connector pipes from outside which will cost 350-400. So make sure you do know about these charges apart from the installation charges. Now let’s see how long it works but the vguard team should really not treat their customers like this after they buy their geyser for almost 3k.

Excellent product. This is the third V Guard instent water heater I am purchasing. The installation was quick, professional and satisfying. Importantly it was installed by direct V Guard uniformed technician (Unlike many of the other whitegoods which being installed by third party contractors).
