I found the price to be quite reasonable, but the packaging was disappointing. The top portion of the box was slightly open upon arrival, and there was visible damage to the box.
[...]In terms of performance, it heats water in about 1 minute and 48 seconds, which is impressive.
However, the indicator lights have poor visibility, making it difficult to distinguish color changes during operation. Overall, it performs well, but there are some issues with packaging and indicator visibility.

Why there is no Installation kit? No screws!
V Guard must provide your water heater Installation items.
There is no indication /label on inlet and outlet! I wrote for you to follow, see attached image and improve to have some minimum standards.Outlet Must be red colored right? Sorry to mention No standard! not sure how good it can perform and last?
Also the Warranty card date is wrong! Item bought July 2025 but the guaranty paper shows Jun 2025,?

Good product, installed successfully at 11th floor of a 21 storied apartment last week.
technician had asked to wait 4 min for heating to get completed but i am getting decent hot water in less than a minute
The installation was smooth, the technician was prompt and cleared all my doubts
Overall satisfied with initial use
Note: 3 pin plug and water in and outlets are to be additionally bought from the technician

This water heater stopped heating after one year. The service team responded quickly, and a technician replaced the heating filament the same day. However, after the repair, the tank started leaking, a problem that wasn’t present before. Additionally, the green heating light is no longer illuminating. I reported these new issues yesterday, but I haven’t received a response from the service center. If these problems are resolved, I will update my review. Currently, I rate this product 1 star.
