The packing is ridiculous, there is no extra packing from inside only the product ,there has to be forms around the item since it has plastic items rest all is good

The product description says wheelchair with seatbelt . there was no seatbelt which is so critical for super senior citizens.
The description is clearly false . Neither the manufacture Veiva or the shipper Medirich Pune respond to the complaint . Amazon ofcourse have their return policy after which they don’t even allow you to give a feedback that they are selling products with false claims
